Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Telephonically connect with senior and mid-level working professionals to build interest in executive education programs.
  • Counsel candidates on career growth and guide them as a Program Advisor / Learning Consultant / Career Counsellor.
  • Handle B2C sales by explaining programs, addressing queries, and converting leads into enrolments.
  • Schedule discussions, assist leads with complete information, and support them through the admission counselling process until closure.
  • Maintain lead data and interactions in CRM and connect with professionals daily.

Requirements / Skills:

  • 23 years of experience in EdTech sales, business development, admission counselling, or B2C sales.
  • Strong communication, counselling, persuasion, and consultative selling skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and guide working professionals.
