We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic
Business Development Executive (BDE) Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales and client interaction, and the ability to identify new business opportunities. This internship offers hands-on experience in lead generation, client communication, market research, and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through various channels.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Reach out to prospective clients via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with clients.
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations.
- Maintain and update CRM/database with client information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Support business development and marketing initiatives.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development processes.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and online research tools is an advantage.

Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or related field.
- Freshers and final-year students are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interest in sales, recruitment, or business development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or project experience in sales/marketing is a plus.
- Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
