Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales and client interaction, and the ability to identify new business opportunities. This internship offers hands-on experience in lead generation, client communication, market research, and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through various channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Reach out to prospective clients via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
  • Schedule meetings and follow up with clients.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations.
  • Maintain and update CRM/database with client information.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Support business development and marketing initiatives.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales and business development processes.
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and online research tools is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or related field.
  • Freshers and final-year students are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interest in sales, recruitment, or business development.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship or project experience in sales/marketing is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
