Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Chennai. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate and qualify leads, and build a robust pipeline of client prospects. Daily activities include conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities, expand the client base, and drive revenue growth.
• Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships, understand client needs, and support long-term partnerships.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and professional presentation abilities.
• Relevant experience in B2B sales or business development,IT software Sales
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfort with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic sales reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
