Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Business Development Executive role based in Sonipat, with flexibility for work-from-home. The Business Development Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate and nurture leads, and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients for architectural drafting services. The role involves conducting outreach via emails, and online channels, preparing tailored proposals, and presenting service offerings to decision-makers. The Business Development Executive will manage and grow key accounts, maintain regular communication with existing clients, and collaborate with technical and drafting teams to ensure accurate scoping and smooth onboarding. Daily activities also include tracking performance metrics, monitoring market trends, and providing feedback to support sales strategy and service improvement.

Qualifications

  • Strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to build and manage a quality sales pipeline.
  • Business and Account Management capabilities to maintain long-term client relationships and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and confident client-facing presentations.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in architecture, construction, engineering, or related services.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets in a hybrid work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Understanding of architectural drafting or construction workflows is an advantage but not mandatory.
