We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (IT Sales) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and closing IT service deals.
Key Responsibilities:Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other lead generation channels
Identify, qualify, and nurture leads to build a strong sales pipeline
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions/services
Handle end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing discussions
Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM
2+ years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development
Strong experience in lead generation and cold calling.
Proven track record of revenue generation and deal closure
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Strong understanding of IT services and solutions
