This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive specializing in IT staffing with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Based in Hyderabad, this role allows flexibility with some work-from-home options. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, generating leads, managing key accounts, and building strong client relationships. The position focuses on driving growth, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored staffing solutions that meet customer needs.

• Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Account Management and nurturing client relationships
• Exceptional Communication and interpersonal abilities for client interactions and negotiations
• Understanding of Business strategy and IT staffing industry dynamics
• Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making is a plus
