Role Overview
We are seeking a
result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales for
customised IT services. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, understanding unique business needs, and proposing tailor-made technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for customized IT services (web apps, mobile apps, enterprise software, integrations)
- Identify prospects via LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calls, referrals, and online platforms
- Understand client requirements and convert them into solution-based proposals
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for effort estimation and feasibility
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for customized solutions
- Negotiate commercials and close deals within defined timelines
- Maintain long-term client relationships and drive repeat business
- Track leads, sales pipeline, and reports using CRM tools
Required Skills & Experience
- 13 years of experience in IT Services Sales
- Strong understanding of customized IT services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Ability to understand business problems and map them to tech solutions
- Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
