Role Summary:
Own the full top-of-funnel to close: generate qualified leads, run discovery, coordinate solution demos/proposals, and close new business for our IT services (web, mobile, AI/ML, cloud). You'll manage a defined monthly pipeline and revenue target.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation: Prospect via LinkedIn, email, cold calls, and partner channels; build and maintain a targeted lead list (ICP provided).
- Qualification: Run discovery to confirm need, budget, authority, timeline, and technical fit.
- Sales Execution: Drive demos with the tech team, prepare proposals/SOWs, negotiate commercials, and close deals.
- Pipeline Management: Own a clean CRM; update stages, next steps, and close dates; forecast weekly.
- Account Handover: Transition closed-won projects to delivery with a clear scope, success criteria, and communication plan.
- Market Feedback: Share insights on objections, pricing, competitors, and messaging to refine GTM.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience as BDE/SDR/AE in an IT services or software development firm.
- Evidence of meeting/ exceeding monthly lead and revenue targets.
- Strong written/spoken English; confident in discovery and objection handling.
- Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot/Pipedrive/Salesforce) and outreach tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/Lemlist/Reply).
- Basic understanding of common service scopes: web/mobile development, cloud, APIs, AI/ML PoCs.
Good-to-Have:
- Experience selling to US/UK/Middle East markets and navigating procurement.
- Comfort with technical scoping alongside engineering.
- Network of agencies, consultancies, or referral partners.
