Business Development Executive (IT Sales)

Location: Kolkata / Salt lake Sector V

Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Type: Full-Time

Budget : 20-30k depending on experience

Office timing : 11AM-8PM , 6 days working

Interview F2F in Kolkata office

Job Responsibilities

Generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and client meetings

Identify potential clients and build strong business relationships

Pitch company services and convert leads into sales opportunities

Maintain follow-ups and client coordination

Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Maintain CRM and daily sales reports

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution

Required Skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong sales and lead generation ability

Knowledge of B2B sales and client handling

Basic understanding of digital marketing / IT services preferred

Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude

Familiarity with LinkedIn, MS Office, and CRM tools

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline

MBA/Marketing preferred
