Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market opportunities.
  • Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email
  • campaigns, social media, and networking events.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Create sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored IT solutions.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and sales agreements.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client insights.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline
  • status.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related
  • field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in IT sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
