We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can take our capabilities to the right buyers, build meaningful relationships, and convert them into long-term business partnerships. This is not a support role or a lead generation function. This is a senior, ownership-driven position for someone who has successfully acquired IT clients before and is ready to do it again at a higher level.

What you'll own
- Hunt for new clients in the US market cold outreach, LinkedIn, Upwork, referrals, your own network whatever works
- Own the full sales cycle: first message discovery call proposal closed deal
- Pitch our capabilities directly to US decision-makers: founders, CTOs, product heads
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline; nothing sits idle
- Track your numbers leads, conversions, pipeline value and own them
- Stay on top of US market trends, competitor positioning, and where the opportunities are moving
What we need from you
- 4+ years in IT sales or business development with real, proven US or international deal experience
- You've closed contracts not just generated leads with clients outside India
- Strong English communication you can confidently run a Zoom call with a US-based CTO or founder without hesitation
- You understand the IT services buying process: how US clients evaluate vendors, what they fear, what they pay for
- Self-starter who doesn't need to be told where to look you already know
- Comfortable working evening IST hours for US time zone calls when needed
