Job Title: Business Development Executive (IT Recruitment)

About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with 1-2 years of proven experience in sourcing and onboarding IT companies as recruitment clients in the Indian market. You will sell our recruitment services to IT firms needing talent—not software or products.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and onboard Indian IT companies (service‑based IT, product startups, captives of MNCs, digital agencies, and mid‑size tech firms) as recruitment clients.
Leverage platforms like LinkedIn (for B2B leads), and online directories to find decision‑makers (HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leads, CTOs, Founders).
Pitch contract staffing, contract‑to‑hire (C2H), and permanent recruitment services for roles like Java, Python, .NET, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, and Support.
Manage the full sales cycle: cold calling → discovery → proposal → rate card negotiation → MS/agreement closure.
Coordinate with the delivery/recruitment team for smooth requirement handover.
Achieve monthly KPIs: new IT client sign‑ups, number of active requirements, and revenue targets.
Must-Have Qualifications (Indian Market Specific)
1-2 years experience in business development for IT recruitment/staffing services selling to Indian IT companies.
Proven success in sourcing clients from NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, or Mumbai tech hubs.
Understanding of bill rates, markup percentages, and margins typical in Indian IT staffing.
Strong cold calling and LinkedIn Sales Navigator skills.
