Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to acquire new IT projects across global markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, engaging with potential clients through multiple online and offline channels, and converting leads into long-term projects for our development teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Project Acquisition
- Identify and source IT project opportunities through various online business platforms, professional networks, marketplaces, and outbound channels
- Generate qualified leads for web, mobile, SaaS, cloud, and custom software development projects
- Actively pitch, bid, and reach out to potential clients to secure new IT projects
Client Communication & Sales
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions in coordination with internal teams
- Prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations tailored to client needs
- Conduct calls, meetings, and follow-ups with domestic and international clients
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, and commercial terms to close deals
Market & Channel Research
- Research global IT service demand, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies
- Explore and experiment with new channels to ensure consistent project inflow
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Account & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth pre-sales and project handover
- Ensure proper documentation and onboarding after deal closure
Reporting & Targets
- Maintain daily and weekly sales activity reports
- Achieve monthly and quarterly project acquisition targets
- Track conversion metrics and continuously improve closure rates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 14 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development / Digital Sales
- Strong understanding of software development services (Web, Mobile, SaaS, Cloud, APIs)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong negotiation, pitching, and objection-handling skills
- Ability to work with international clients across different time zones
- Target-driven mindset with a strong focus on revenue generation
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience selling IT services to global clients (US, EU, UK, Middle East, etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
- Basic understanding of project estimation and pricing models
- Ability to collaborate closely with technical teams (Developers, PMs, Designers)
