Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with proven experience in IT & ITeS services, specifically in Digital Marketing, Website Development, Mobile App Development, and ERP solutions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities in IT & ITeS service domains.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive outreach (calls, emails, networking, LinkedIn, events).
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and demos to showcase company services and capabilities.
- Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and business pitches.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and regularly update management on business progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development/sales within IT & ITeS services.
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, Website & Mobile App Development, ERP services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and online lead-generation platforms.
