Business Development Executive IT (Embedded Systems)
Scope:Pre & Post Sales | Domestic & Overseas Markets
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in embedded system services across domestic and international markets.
- Identify, prospect, and engage new clients across sectors such as automotive, healthcare, industrial automation, aerospace, consumer electronics, and semiconductors.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and proposal pitching to negotiation and deal closure.
- Drive revenue, order intake, and profitability targets for embedded services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; handle post-sales support and issue resolution.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to align client requirements and solution delivery.
- Promote embedded services through digital and virtual platforms (LinkedIn, website, etc.).
- Lead governance of large deals and coordinate with client operations and internal stakeholders.
Qualification and Skills
- B.B.A/B.C.A/B.M.S/B.Sc./BTech (Electronics/Computer or M.Tech/M.Sc. Computer Science/M.C.A) with PGDM/MBA in Sales and Marketing
- Minimum 3 years experience in the service based IT Industry
