Internship Overview
We are looking for passionate and energetic individuals who are interested in business development, community building, networking, and event coordination.
As a Business Development Executive Intern, you will support the growth of the Nomads Advisor community by helping organize events, connect with participants, generate leads, build partnerships, and ensure smooth coordination before, during, and after events.
This internship is ideal for students, fresh graduates, aspiring entrepreneurs, and professionals who want hands-on experience in business development and community management.
Key Responsibilities
Event Coordination
- Assist in planning and executing Nomads Advisor workshops, networking events, and community meetups.
- Coordinate with speakers, mentors, volunteers, and participants.
- Manage event registrations and attendee communication.
- Ensure smooth event operations and participant engagement.
Business Development
- Identify and connect with potential participants, partners, and collaborators.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, referrals, and networking activities.
- Support partnership outreach and community expansion initiatives.
- Maintain lead databases and follow-up records.
Community Building
- Engage with members in WhatsApp and social communities.
- Encourage participation in workshops, challenges, and Pod activities.
- Collect participant feedback and success stories.
- Support community retention and engagement campaigns.
Marketing Support
- Promote events through social media and community channels.
- Assist in campaign execution and audience outreach.
- Coordinate with the content and marketing team for event promotions.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in entrepreneurship, startups, and community building.
- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or business development.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and online meeting platforms.
