About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive / Intern who is confident in communicating with clients and prospects in both Hindi and English. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and learning how real-world sales and business growth work.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with potential customers via calls, messages, and emails in Hindi and English
Understand client needs and explain company products/services clearly
Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling and follow-ups
Maintain records of conversations, leads, and conversions
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to close deals
Assist in preparing proposals, pitches, and follow-up communications
Build long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or business development (training provided)
Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude
Willingness to learn and take feedback positively
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Email)
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or customer support
Ability to handle objections and negotiate confidently
Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
