We are looking for dynamic, conversational, and energetic Business Development Executive Interns to join our team. In this role, you won't just follow a script; you will build real relationships, identify business opportunities, and drive growth. We value your communication skills and want to help you transition them into a lucrative sales career with high earning potential through performance incentives.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Outreach: Engage with potential business clients through warm and cold outreach (calls, emails, and professional networking).
  • Relationship Building: Understand the unique pain points of prospects and introduce our solutions effectively.
  • Pipeline Management: Qualify leads, schedule product demonstrations, and hand off high-potential opportunities to the account management team.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather feedback from industry prospects to help refine our product offerings and sales pitches.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align outreach strategies with current campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: BBA/MBA students (Final Year) and Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Language Proficiency: Absolute fluency in both English and Hindi (spoken and written) is required.
  • Experience: Freshers are welcome. Candidates with internship experience or up to 6 months of experience in an international or domestic call center, customer support, or tele-sales environment will have an added advantage.
  • Active Listening: Ability to read between the lines, understand client needs, and pivot conversations naturally.
  • Resilience & Drive: A self-motivated individual who is target-oriented and views no as just a step closer to yes.
  • Adaptability: Eager to learn modern sales tools, CRM software, and B2B communication strategies.
