The studio delivers end-to-end design and execution for both residential and commercial projects, including homes, luxury apartments, villas, retail spaces, hospitality environments, and offices. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline of potential clients, and supporting the studio's growth in both residential and commercial segments. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and qualifying leads, conducting outreach through calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting Copper Trunk's services and portfolio to prospective clients. The role involves nurturing relationships, coordinating with the design team to understand project requirements, and ensuring a smooth handover from initial inquiry to project onboarding. The Business Development Executive will also track key sales metrics, maintain accurate CRM records, and contribute to strategic initiatives such as partnerships, events, and collaborations that enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with the ability to build and manage a healthy pipeline.
  • Solid account management and client relationship skills to support long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including clear written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Understanding of core business concepts, sales processes, and revenue-focused decision-making.
  • Previous experience in interior design, architecture, real estate, luxury retail, or related industries is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, basic sales reporting, and MS Office or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, conduct client visits, and manage schedules across multiple projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
