A deez Design is looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive sales for interior design and construction projects. The candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of the interior/construction industry, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, references, social media, and networking.
- Identify potential residential and commercial clients for interior and construction services.
- Conduct meetings with clients to understand project requirements and present company services.
- Coordinate with interior designers, architects, and project teams for project discussions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain CRM/database of clients and project updates.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in interior design/construction industry preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
- Basic understanding of interior design and construction processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms.
- Must be confident, presentable, and target-oriented.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of vendor coordination and site execution.
- Experience in B2B and B2C sales.
- Strong networking abilities in real estate/interior market.
