The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
Build relationships with prospective clients
Call potential clients to introduce the company, its services, recognize their requirements, and pitch services to the clients
Use various channels like emails, events, calls, etc. to identify and reach new clients and present our services
Create and deliver compelling proposals to prospective clients
Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
Manage sales pipeline
Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
Ensure smooth and timely invoicing and collections processes to maintain healthy financial partnerships
Qualifications:
Must have minimum 2-3 years of experience in International Business Development (Preferably US).
Bachelor's/Master's degree
Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
Strong negotiation skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Salary Package:
No Bar + Yearly increments based on performance.
Shift:
Night shift but can change based on Business Requirements.
Location:
On-site (Mohali, Punjab)
