Business Development Executive (Inside Sales)

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive lead generation, client engagement, and sales support for IT Infrastructure, Surveillance, and Electronic Security solutions, while identifying business opportunities and contributing to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Support government, PSU, and enterprise account management activities.
- Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams for proposals and quotations.
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and follow-up activities.
- Schedule client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
Skills Required
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Client Relationship Management.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of IT Infrastructure, CCTV, Surveillance, Access Control, or Electronic Security solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
