Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifyand connect with potential customers through calls, emails, and other digital channels.
  • Handle theinside sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals.
  • Understand customer requirements and present relevant products or services.
  • Maintain consistentfollow-ups with prospectsto drive conversions.
  • Build andmaintainstrong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Maintainaccuraterecords of leads, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process. ____________________________________________________________________________________

Qualifications Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, ora relatedfield (preferred).
  • Prior experience inFinTech, BPO, RTO services, NBFC sales, or inside sales roleswill be an advantage.

1-3 years of relevant sales or business development experience preferred.
