Key Responsibilities
- Identifyand connect with potential customers through calls, emails, and other digital channels.
- Handle theinside sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals.
- Understand customer requirements and present relevant products or services.
- Maintain consistentfollow-ups with prospectsto drive conversions.
- Build andmaintainstrong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Maintainaccuraterecords of leads, sales activities, and pipeline updates.

Qualifications Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, ora relatedfield (preferred).
- Prior experience inFinTech, BPO, RTO services, NBFC sales, or inside sales roleswill be an advantage.
1-3 years of relevant sales or business development experience preferred.
