Role Description

We are seeking an Inside Sales Associate for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Daily tasks will include identifying and reaching out to prospective customers, nurturing leads, providing product or service information, and maintaining customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also manage client accounts and support retention efforts by understanding and addressing client needs effectively.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to proactively identify and engage potential customers
  • Experience in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a track record of developing and maintaining positive customer relationships
  • Proficiency in Account Management to handle client accounts and support customer retention strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the tech or education industry is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
