Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive - Inside Sales B2C located in Bengaluru South. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, managing client accounts, and maintaining relationships to drive sales growth. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies, deliver exceptional client experiences, and meet revenue targets. Effective communication and a proactive approach are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify growth opportunities and secure sales leads
  • Strong skills in Business acumen and Account Management for managing client accounts and ensuring satisfaction
  • Exceptional Communication skills to handle client interactions and deliver compelling presentations
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Previous experience in B2C sales or a relevant field is highly advantageous
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and adapt to rapidly changing scenarios
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
