Overall Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new business opportunities within U.S. healthcare provider organizations, including hospitals and health systems.
- Prospect and conduct outreach to identify potential clients and qualify opportunities for Account Executives.
- Engage with decision-makers across healthcare operations and revenue cycle teams to understand needs and position relevant solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on targeted campaigns, events, and demand generation initiatives.
- Support and guide BDR activities focused on RCM automation and healthcare service offerings.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, lead status updates, and reporting in CRM systems.
- Ensure consistent follow-up and nurturing of prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
- Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly pipeline and meeting targets.
Skills and Tools
- Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare provider ecosystem, hospital operations, and revenue cycle processes.
- Ability to identify, qualify, and nurture leads within complex healthcare accounts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong prospecting and outreach skills across email, calls, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and delivery teams.
- Experience using CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms for pipeline tracking and reporting.
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or email sequencing platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and follow-ups.
- Results-driven mindset with focus on meeting pipeline and opportunity generation targets.
Day-to-Day Activities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Research and map target hospital and health system accounts in the U.S.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria.
- Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives.
- Update CRM with prospect interactions, notes, and opportunity status.
- Work with marketing on campaign follow-ups and lead engagement.
- Attend internal pipeline and strategy meetings.
- Track outreach metrics and improve messaging based on performance.
- Support BDRs and coordinate on account strategies.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of inside sales or business development experience selling services to healthcare providers.
- Experience selling automation services, RCM services, or RCM BPO solutions is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in U.S. market prospecting and lead qualification.
- Experience working in a target-driven sales environment.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle and provider workflows preferred.
- Additional certifications or training in sales or healthcare domain is a plus.
