Role- Business Development Executive

Exp- 4months to 5 years

Location- Noida(126) WFO

Role and Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities through market research and

networking with a strategic outreach process.

Strong communication and message drafting skills with CXOs.

Ownership of tasks and work assigned

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve the team targets

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, meeting setup, and closure

Basic understanding of compelling presentations and proposals to clients

Collaborate with internal data research and RM to run automated campaign

Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activities

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Requirements

Candidate must be from Btech (CS/IT), MCA, MBA

3–5 years of proven experience in Domestic business development

Candidates must be from, staff augmentation (Primary), IT services background, Web

& Mobile app solution development services.

Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM tools

Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships

Self-motivated with a target-driven approach to support company goal

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
