Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) – Fresher to join our Software Training Institute. The primary responsibility of the candidate will be to generate and manage student inquiries, counsel prospective students about various software training programs, and guide them through the enrollment process. The candidate will interact with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings, explain course features, fees, schedules, and career prospects, and address any queries related to the programs. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of inquiries and follow-ups, building strong relationships with students and parents, coordinating with the marketing team for lead generation activities, and achieving monthly admission targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer proficiency, a customer-focused approach, and a strong willingness to learn and grow in the field of sales and business development.
