Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales activities.

• Build and maintain relationships with brands, marketing teams, and decision-makers.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions.

• Understand client marketing objectives and recommend suitable influencer marketing solutions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign execution.

• Maintain sales pipeline, lead tracking, and CRM updates.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Client Acquisition.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Fluent in English (Written & Spoken).

• Ability to build and manage client relationships.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive mindset.

• Willingness to relocate to Erode and work from the office.

• Proficiency in sales and lead generation tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, email outreach tools and other business development software.
