Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation & prospecting: Conduct market research and targeted outreach (cold calls, emails, networking) to connect with real estate developers, channel partners, and property consultancies.
- Client acquisition & engagement: Initiate first contact with key decision-makers, build initial rapport, qualify business requirements, and articulate the value proposition.
- Product demonstrations: Deliver engaging product presentations and live software demos (both online via web tools and in-person) tailored to client needs.
- Client meetings: Schedule, prepare for, and conduct in-person client visits across Navi Mumbai & MMR region as well as structured web meetings.
- Sales pipeline support: Maintain proactive follow-ups, address preliminary client queries or objections, and assist senior leadership in guiding prospects toward closure.
- CRM & record management: Maintain meticulous data accuracy regarding call logs, client status, follow-up schedules, and deal tracking in the CRM system.
