Business Development Executive WeMee (Corporate Gifting Company)
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients by identifying and approaching decision-makers across HR, Admin, Procurement, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, email outreach, paid digital campaigns, field visits, exhibitions, and networking.
- Engage prospects to understand gifting requirements, budgets, and event needs.
- Recommend customized, premium, and brand-aligned corporate gifting solutions.
- Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and presentations with clear pricing and branding options.
- Follow up proactively, negotiate effectively, and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
- Ensure product quality, proper branding, and end-to-end client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat and referral business.
- Introduce new gifting collections, seasonal hampers, and annual gifting plans to key accounts.
- Research market trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights to management on client demand, market gaps, and business potential.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, proposals, follow-ups, and closures.
- Submit daily and weekly reports on outreach activities, meetings, conversions, and revenue performance.
