Job Description

We have an opening for a business development executive (B2B) for:

  • B2B (FMCG: Maternity homes, hospitals & pathology labs)
  • B2B (Sanitary pad vending machines)
  • B2B (Export & merchant export)
  • B2B (GeM tendering & negotiations)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new clients across hospitals, institutions, corporates, exporters, and government platforms.
  • Generate qualified leads through field visits, networking, digital outreach, and participation in industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Present products, prepare proposals, and negotiate business deals to closure.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and service teams for smooth execution and client satisfaction.
  • Manage export documentation, government tenders, and GeM listings.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales data, CRM entries, and regular performance reports.
