Key Responsibilities
- Assist in handling warm leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Contribute to new client acquisition via cold outreach, prospect communication, and relationship building
- Coordinate follow-ups with prospective clients via calls and WhatsApp
- Understand client requirements and help map relevant services
- Support in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and pricing documents
- Maintain lead data and basic CRM tracking
- Coordinate with internal design, content, and marketing teams
- Support onboarding of new clients after deal closure
