#Core Responsibilities#
Sales Generation: Conduct calls, EDUCATE and manage inquiries to generate new business which will help in sales.
Pipeline Management: Qualify the leads, nurture and EDUCATE prospects, and move deals through the sales funnel to closing.
Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs, EDUCATE by presenting solutions/demos, and close sales.
CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status
Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of products/services to EDUCATE and answer queries and provide effective solutions.
Required Skills And Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience (0 -1 years) in INSIDE SALES, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, or CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong phone presence.
Attributes: Target-driven, money-motivated, with strong negotiation and active listening skills.
Education: If you are good at speaking, EDUCATING and selling, education won't matter.
A laptop will be required.

Basic Responsibilities

- Analyze sales data and trends to optimize product assortment and pricing strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in catalog management processes.
