Role Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. This is a full-time role focused on driving new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing directly to revenue growth.

This role goes beyond sales — it requires a balance of client acquisition, relationship management, and business understanding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation and outreach
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and propose relevant creative solutions
  • Build, manage, and nurture long-term client relationships
  • Handle client communication, follow-ups, and ensure timely resolution of queries or escalations
  • Maintain records of leads, conversations, and progress in a structured manner
  • Present services with clarity — including branding, design, content, and marketing solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Achieve assigned business targets and contribute to overall revenue growth

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in outbound outreach, including cold calling and lead generation
  • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term business relationships
  • Clear understanding of sales processes and revenue-driven thinking

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
  • Prior experience or exposure to sales, marketing, or client servicing is an advantage
