Role Description
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. This is a full-time role focused on driving new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing directly to revenue growth.
This role goes beyond sales — it requires a balance of client acquisition, relationship management, and business understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation and outreach
- Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and propose relevant creative solutions
- Build, manage, and nurture long-term client relationships
- Handle client communication, follow-ups, and ensure timely resolution of queries or escalations
- Maintain records of leads, conversations, and progress in a structured manner
- Present services with clarity — including branding, design, content, and marketing solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Achieve assigned business targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in outbound outreach, including cold calling and lead generation
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term business relationships
- Clear understanding of sales processes and revenue-driven thinking

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
