Business Development Executive in Noida

We are hiring Sales Executives / Sales Closers for GemsMantra.

GemsMantra is one of India's growing spiritual commerce brands dealing in authentic gemstones, rudraksha, bracelets, kavach, yantras and other Vedic products.

We are looking for people who can personally speak to customers, understand their needs, build trust, and close sales.

Position: Sales Executive / Sales Closer  

Location: Noida  

Experience: 1-5 years  

Type: Full-time

What you will do:

- Call warm leads and convert them into paid customers

- Explain gemstones, rudraksha and spiritual products to customers

- Handle objections, follow-ups and payment closure

- Build trust with customers through clear and confident communication

- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets

- Maintain proper lead updates and follow-up discipline

- Coordinate with internal teams for order confirmation and dispatch

Who we are looking for:

- Strong experience in telesales, inside sales, consultative sales or high-ticket sales

- Confident in speaking with customers on calls

- Target-driven and comfortable with daily sales numbers

- Good follow-up discipline

- Strong Hindi communication is required

- Experience in astrology, gemstones, jewellery, wellness, spirituality, Ayurveda, insurance, real estate, edtech or financial product sales will be a plus

Most important:  

We need people who can sell themselves, not just manage others.

This role is for serious sales performers who know how to close customers and bring revenue.
