We are looking for a highly motivated, target-driven, and growth-oriented business development executive with proven sales experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency. The ideal candidate should understand the agency ecosystem, digital marketing services, client pain points, and must possess strong sales conversion capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales activities.
- Identify potential clients requiring digital marketing, branding, or performance marketing services.
- Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Pitch agency services, including SEO, performance marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, social media marketing, website development, and branding & creative services.
- Prepare customized client pitch decks, proposals, and presentations.
- Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, product demonstrations, and strategic presentations.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Negotiate commercials, proposals, and contracts to achieve successful conversions.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing, strategy, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Maintain the sales pipeline, follow-up schedules, CRM records, and conversion tracking.
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in digital marketing.
