We are looking for a proactive, fast-moving Business Development Executive to drive lead generation and deal closures through high-volume outreach and disciplined follow-ups. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, is organized with follow-up systems, and can convert conversations into booked meetings and closed deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Outreach and Lead Generation
- Execute bulk outreach campaigns via WhatsApp and Instagram (DMs) to generate inbound interest.
- Build and manage lead lists, track conversations, and keep outreach organized.
- Use scripts, templates, and AI tools to improve reply rates and outreach efficiency.
- Lead Handling and Meeting Coordination
- Respond quickly to inbound replies and qualify leads.
- Arrange and confirm meetings with interested prospects.
- Maintain a clean pipeline with lead status, notes, and next actions.
- Follow-ups and Deal Closure
- Follow up after meetings to move prospects to the next step.
- Share trial data/trial access/sample outputs based on the prospect's use case.
- Follow up consistently with prospects after trial to address objections and close the deal.
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth handoffs and timely delivery of trial materials.
