Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Generate qualified leads through multiple channels including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.
- Identify, approach, and close potential clients through effective networking and relationship management.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Lead, guide, and motivate a team of Business Development Executives to achieve individual and team goals.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct training to enhance productivity.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for management review.
- Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, operations, finance) for seamless project execution.
- Track key business metrics and report progress to senior management.
