Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and regularly update accurate customer, sales, and inventory databases.
  • Manage daily production and billing schedules, ensuring timelines align with customer expectations and sales commitments.
  • Coordinate daily with the production floor to track the manufacturing progress of solar inverters and resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Compile and share accurate daily sales and dispatch reports with the Channel Sales Head.
  • Operate the company's ERP software to process orders, track billing, and update production statuses in real time.
