Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities
  • Develop and manage school and tuition center tie-ups
  • Drive business development initiatives to generate leads and growth
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for assigned centers
  • Counsel students and parents on suitable career and course options
  • Convert leads by generating interest in educational offerings (IIFM/PRATHAM)
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to support strategic decisions
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical standards
  • Generate and manage lead databases to support sales targets
  • Regularly follow up with prospective leads via calls and other channels
