Key Responsibilities
- Drive Luxora's B2B sales strategy across Delhi NCR with direct involvement in lead conversion, pipeline nurturing, and market expansion.
- Work hand-in-hand with the founding team to develop and execute sales plans targeting high-end villas, apartments, and builder floors.
- Own the sales cycle end-to-end: Prospect Demo Scope Mapping Solution Customization Closure Handover.
- Run outbound sales campaigns targeting architects, luxury real estate developers, premium hospitality partners, and channel distributors.
- Engage in on-ground lead meetings, participate in site visits, and deliver client walkthroughs of Luxora's smart automation possibilities.
- Collaborate with tech & installation teams to ensure a flawless client experience from proposal to post-sales handover.
- Gather feedback from clients and partners to continuously refine sales scripts, product pitches, and pricing strategy.
- Keep CRM updated with lead activity, sales forecasting, and performance metrics.
