Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Development: Identify and onboard high-value commercial & industrial clients (>100 kW load) through direct outreach, industry networks, and strategic partnerships.
- Client Needs Assessment: Analyze electricity consumption patterns, tariffs, sanctioned load, and operational profiles to position optimal solar solutions (Capex, RESCO, Leasing, Open Access).
- Solution Structuring: Develop customized techno-commercial proposals including ROI, IRR, LCOE, and payback analysis tailored for CFO-level decision-making.
Sales Conversion & Deal Closure: Drive end-to-end sales cyclefrom initial pitch to contract signingensuring high conversion rates and revenue realization.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with CXOs, Plant Heads, Finance Heads, and Sustainability teams to align solutions with business and ESG objectives.
Market Intelligence & Strategy: Track regulatory developments (net metering, open access, DISCOM policies), competitor offerings, and pricing benchmarks to refine go-to-market strategy.
- Partnership Development: Build relationships with consultants, EPC partners, industrial associations, and aggregators to unlock new business channels.
- Proposal & Documentation Management: Coordinate with technical and finance teams to deliver accurate proposals, feasibility reports, and compliance documentation.
- Revenue Forecasting & CRM Management: Maintain structured pipeline tracking, sales forecasting, and reporting using CRM tools.
- Cross-Selling Sustainability Solutions: Identify opportunities to upsell energy efficiency, BESS, carbon accounting, and ESG reporting services.
