Key Responsibilities
- Client acquisition & revenue generation:
- Identify and generate new leads for QA, Development, and Security Testing projects
- Approach potential clients via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and outbound strategies
- Convert leads into active business opportunities
- Achieve monthly business targets
- Proposal & documentation:
- Prepare business proposals and service decks
- Draft client agreements and documentation
- Maintain CRM/data tracking sheets
- Coordinate onboarding documentation
- Client relationship management:
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients
- Ensure smooth project initiation and handover
- Collect testimonials upon project completion
- Build long-term client relationships
- Marketing & brand support:
- Promote company services on social media platforms
- Support content related to services, case studies, and achievements
- Coordinate marketing communication with internal teams
