Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and follow up on incoming leads from multiple channels.
- Understand client requirements and assess conversion potential.
- Contact prospects through calls, emails, and messages to explain products/services.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Provide accurate product/service information to prospects.
- Share brochures, catalogs, pricing details, and other pre-sales materials.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM or Excel sheets.
- Track lead status and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Assist the sales team with proposals, quotations, and documentation.
- Ensure smooth and complete handover of qualified leads.
- Regularly follow up to keep prospects engaged.
- Address initial objections and queries to support conversions.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly lead status reports.
- Share insights on lead quality, customer behavior, and prospect trends.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
- Provide insights to the marketing and sales teams for strategy improvements.
- Build rapport with potential customers to strengthen engagement.
- Ensure a professional, positive, and smooth pre-sales experience.
- Follow company processes, timelines, and documentation standards.
- Ensure accurate communication with internal teams at all stages.
