Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth and achieve monthly sales targets
- Acquire new customers through defined marketing and outreach activities
- Prospect and onboard new clients/vendors to maximize lead generation
- Execute sales activities across leads, campaigns, referrals, and self-generated sources promptly
- Track and report daily marketing and acquisition performance to the reporting manager
- Act as the primary interface between Imarticus and prospective candidates
- Ensure adherence to performance standards, business targets, controls, and compliance
- Own and manage the marketing function for the assigned region/base center
- Conduct college seminars, workshops, and student engagement activities
- Collect, maintain, and manage relevant databases from multiple sources
- Plan and execute monthly, half-yearly, and annual marketing strategies
- Ensure centre-level targets align with overall organizational objectives
- Deliver consistent sales performance against assigned targets
- Execute on-ground marketing activities including leaflet distribution, college/mall stalls, and public promotions
