Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential leads through multiple channels, including B2C and B2B outreach.
- Create compelling, personalized pitches and conduct outbound calls to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Apply effective communication and persuasion techniques to achieve sales and engagement goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for mentees, resolving academic/technical queries and guiding them on program outcomes.
- Collect feedback from mentees and collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to enhance lead-generation campaigns and outreach strategies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while exploring collaboration opportunities for business growth.
- Develop and implement engagement strategies with engineering colleges and academic institutions across India.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover trends, challenges, and new opportunities.
- Work closely with leadership (including the CMO) on SMO management, revenue generation, and evolving responsibilities as per business growth.
