Field Marketing Executive / Business Development – HoReCa / Hotel Industry

Location Hyderabad/Bengaluru/Kochi assigned territory 

Role Objective

We are looking for a field marketing executive with strong experience in selling or promoting commercial kitchen equipment to F&B managers, executive chefs, purchase teams, and decision-makers in 3-star, 4-star, and 5-star hotels. The main responsibility of this role is to educate hotel prospects about the wide range of solutions available under Brand Pradeep for professional kitchens, beverage service, live counters, banquets, and bulk cooking applications. This role is not just about selling products. It is about understanding the customer's kitchen operations, identifying improvement opportunities, and positioning our brand as a trusted solution provider for the hotel industry. 

The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable walking into a hotel, meeting chefs and F&B managers, understanding their operational challenges, and confidently educating them about how Pradeep's equipment can help improve kitchen efficiency, consistency, safety, and service quality. They should not be only an order collector. They should be a solution educator, relationship builder, and business developer for Brand in the hotel industry.

Required Experience

● 3 to 7 years of field sales / field marketing experience.

● Prior experience selling to hotels, restaurants, cafés, commercial kitchens, or hospitality customers.

● Experience dealing with F&B managers, executive chefs, purchase managers, and hotel operations teams.

● Experience in commercial kitchen equipment, food service equipment, hotel supplies, beverage equipment, refrigeration, bakery equipment, or related industries will be preferred.

Required Skills

● Strong field sales and relationship-building skills.

● Good understanding of hotel kitchen operations.

● Ability to speak confidently with chefs and F&B professionals.

● Ability to explain technical products in simple business language.

● Strong follow-up discipline.

● Good communication and presentation skills.

● Ability to identify customer problems and suggest suitable solutions.

● Comfortable using CRM / sales funnel tools.

● Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
