Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive, based in Guwahati with some flexibility for remote work. The individual will focus on driving new business development, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building strong professional relationships. Additionally, they will collaborate with the team to identify growth opportunities, negotiate proposals, and meet sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Communication and Account Management
- Background in Business and client relationship management
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in market analysis and competitor research
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
