Key Responsibilities
- Manage leads through calls, emails, chats, referrals, and walk-in inquiries.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and reconnect with old leads.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property presentations, virtual meetings, and site visits.
- Build strong relationships with prospective buyers and investors.
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into successful bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closures.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and prepare sales reports.
